The Town of Aurora is gearing up for some exciting upgrades at Fleury Park, and they want your ideas to help guide the redesign! A Public Open House is being held to gather input from the community on the park’s future features.
The main goal of the upcoming renovations at Fleury Park is to replace the existing playground and move it closer to the current washroom building for better accessibility. In addition, the town is proposing the introduction of a new pickleball facility in the area where the old playground once stood. As part of the planning process, community input is being sought on several key features, including the design and accessibility of the new playground, potential public art installations, and whether residents would like to see a splash pad incorporated into the park.
The open house will provide an opportunity for residents to share their ideas, ask questions, and give feedback on the preliminary plans. Whether you’re passionate about sports, outdoor play areas, or community art, your input will be a key part of the planning process.
