This Family Day weekend, escape the winter blues and dive into the magic of Aurora’s Arctic Adventure! With two days of free, family-friendly activities, this event promises unforgettable fun for all ages.
On Saturday, February 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the event will take place at Aurora Town Square (50 Victoria Street) and on Monday, February 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the festivities will continue at Town Park (49 Wells Street).
At Aurora Town Square, families can enjoy hands-on workshops, mesmerizing ice carving and pottery demonstrations, a magical Frozen-themed interactive show by Marquee Theatrical Productions, and an exciting wildlife show from Speaking of Wildlife. Meanwhile, Town Park will feature thrilling lumberjack shows, fire-juggling performances, wildlife shows, creative crafts, engaging workshops, dazzling ice carving displays, inflatable games, and outdoor winter activities.
Parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged. Don’t forget to bring your skates for outdoor fun and remember that helmets are highly recommended for safety.
