The Town of Aurora is thrilled to announce the official opening of all its splash pads on Friday, May 31! This season, cool off and splash your way into summer fun at any (or all!) of these locations around town:
- Town Park: 49 Wells Street
- Ada Johnson Park: 60 Hartwell Way
- Trent Park: 140 Thomas Phillips Drive
- Stewart Burnett Park: 1344 Wellington St. E
- Edward Coltham Park: 95 William Graham Drive
Splash pads will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., giving you plenty of time to soak up the excitement and beat the heat. Whether you're looking to make a quick stop or spend a whole day splashing around, Aurora's splash pads are the perfect destination for families and friends to enjoy some outdoor fun.
Each park offers unique features, from interactive water jets to tumbling buckets and a variety of play activities on a rubber safety surface. Some parks also include washroom facilities, playgrounds, open grass play fields, gazebos and soccer and softball fields.
