Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 84-year-old vulnerable man from the City of Vaughan.
Xing Hua Cao was reported missing by his family. His last known location was in the area of Carrier Crescent and Grand Trunk Avenue at approximately 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Mr. Cao is suffering from a serious medical condition which requires attention.
His family and police are concerned for his well-being. Investigators are asking anyone with information to contact police.
He is described as:
- Male, 84 years, 5’4
- Asian, only speaks Mandarin
- Short-length, grey-and-white hair
- Believed to be wearing the sweater in the photo
- Wearing a Kirie watch, long black winter coat, black pants, grey/white running shoes
- Left the area on foot
