York Regional Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man last seen leaving Southlake Regional Health Centre last Thursday afternoon.
The man, identified as Sadowski by police, left the Newmarket hospital at 3:24 p.m. on Nov. 14.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 lbs., with shoulder-length brown hair, a beard/goatee. He was wearing a winter jacket, blue pants and orange sweater.
Police and his family have concerns for his well-being.
