Two people were pulled from a vehicle at knifepoint during a carjacking Monday in Vaughan.

At about 10 p.m., police responded to a report of a carjacking in a plaza parking lot in the area of Highway 7 West and Marycroft Avenue. They were told the victims were sitting in a vehicle when four masked suspects armed with knives approached. The suspects pulled the occupants from the vehicle, demanded the keys, and fled in the vehicle in an unknown direction on Marycroft Avenue.

The victims were not seriously injured.

The stolen vehicle is described as a white 2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR with black rims and a loud exhaust, with Ontario licence plate BPSC 711.

The suspects are described as Black males wearing masks and armed with knives.
