Community Living Central York will showcase the artistic talents of its students through a free art exhibit at the Old Town Hall starting Jan. 10.
The municipality and service organization, which runs programs for people with intellectual disabilities, are partnering to present the exhibit. Four local artists have volunteered their time to teach the students, creating 40 art pieces that will be hung on Jan. 9. The exhibit will showcase paint on canvas, collage, clay and flower pressing.
The exhibit will run from Jan 10 to 28, with a reception on Jan. 27 from 5 to 7 p.m.
