A Thornhill man plans to share the wealth with his family after winning big on a scratch ticket.
Leonid Maniak, a retiree, won the $250,000 top prize on Instant Bingo Multiplier.
“It wasn’t until I brought my ticket to the store to have it validated that I realized I’d won the top prize. I was certainly surprised and very happy. I shared the good news with my family, and they were very excited for me,” he said in an OLG news release.
“I’m grateful for this prize and will be sure to buy gifts for my family with my winnings.”
The winning ticket was purchased at INS Market on Promenade Circle in Thornhill.
