The Town of Aurora is ensuring residents and businesses can stay on top of their water bills despite the ongoing Canada Post strike. November water bills are now available for pickup at Aurora Town Hall, with extended hours to accommodate busy schedules.
Extended Pickup Hours:
- December 5th, 10th, and 12th: Open until 8 PM.
- Regular hours apply on other days.
To pick up your bill, simply bring photo ID to the Town Hall.

- Residential Accounts: 001-xxxx-xxx to 009-xxxx-xxx
- Commercial Accounts: 050-xxxx-xxx to 054-xxxx-xxx
Other Billing Options:
- E-Billing: Sign up to receive invoices by email at aurora.ca/waterbilling.
- Account Information: Call Access Aurora at 905-727-1375 or email [email protected] to confirm your account balance.
Reminder: Payments are still required to avoid late fees, even during the strike. Once Canada Post resumes operations, bills will be mailed as usual.
