Aurora Town Square will come alive with the global sounds of Sultans of String on March 6 as they present The Refuge Project, a powerful fusion of music and storytelling.

This three-time JUNO-nominated, six-time Canadian Folk Music Award-winning group is known for their high-energy performances, blending Celtic reels, flamenco rhythms, Django-inspired jazz, and Arabic melodies. Their latest show goes beyond music, celebrating diversity, resilience, and the immigrant experience.

Featuring special guests Donne Roberts, Padideh Ahrarnejad, Majd Sukar, Saskia Tomkins, Leen Hamo, and Tamar Ilana, The Refuge Project weaves together cultures and personal narratives, reflecting the ever-evolving face of Canada.
