The Coaches Association of Ontario (CAO) and the Town of Aurora are excited to present the 2nd Annual Women in Sport (W.I.N.S) Weekend – a special event empowering women, girls, and female-identifying individuals in coaching. This year, the event will feature two in-person National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) courses and include childcare.
The first course, NCCP Certification: Making Ethical Decisions (MED), will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Nichols Program Room at Aurora Town Square.
The second course, NCCP Certification: Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the same location and includes the 2nd annual ‘Women in Sport Luncheon’. Registration is required for each course. The cost to attend is $10 per course. Discounts are available for students using the code WINS2025.
Who can join? The courses are open to females 15 years of age or older who are involved in sport, such as athletes, coaches, administrators, officials, and parents.
