The Town of Aurora in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association (C.M.H.A.) and Aurora Junior A Tigers, is proud to present the Virtual Mental Health in Sport Series - a four-part Lunch & Learn program designed to foster mental wellness in the sports community and beyond.
Open to individuals ages 15 and up, this series provides practical strategies to support mental well-being, improve communication skills and build resilience. Whether you are an athlete, coach, parent or supporter, these expert-led sessions will help you:
- Gain a deeper understanding of mental health in sport
- Learn how to support youth through stress and anxiety
- Improve communication in challenging situations
- Navigate the impact of social media on well-being
