The Town of Aurora invites residents and visitors to join in the festivities at the annual Family First Night event, a wonderful tradition that is filled with fun, excitement, and community spirit. This year's event will take place on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Aurora Family Leisure Complex, located at 135 Industrial Parkway North.
For over two decades, Aurora's Family First Night has been a highlight of the holiday season, bringing together families and friends to celebrate the new year. The event features a variety of activities and entertainment suitable for all ages, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of engaging activities, including:
- Bubble Shows at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m.
- Reptile Shows at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m.
- Leisure Swims from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
- Holiday Skates from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
- Magician Shows at 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
- Mad Science, Face Painting, and Balloon Twisting from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
All activities are free of charge, but attendees are encouraged to bring food donations for the Aurora Food Pantry to support those in need.
