Police are looking for three suspects following a theft from a Markham business last week.
On Nov. 20 at 11 a.m., three suspects wearing medical masks entered the business in the area of Woodbine Avenue and Denison Street and warned store employees to not intervene before they entered the back room and fled with stolen phones.
The employees were not injured.
The suspects fled in a vehicle that was found abandoned in the area of Victoria Park Avenue and Gordon Baker Drive in Toronto.
The suspects were described as having heavier builds and dark complexions. One was wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt while another was wearing a black tracksuit with a white stripe across the chest area. The third was wearing a white and black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a baseball hat.
All of the stolen goods were recovered after search warrants were executed on two seized vehicles, police said in a news release.
