A 54-year-old Georgina man has been charged after a sexual assault occurred at a Newmarket massage clinic, police say.
Police said they were contacted by an individual who reported a sexual assault had occurred on Aug. 19 at a clinic in the area of Yonge Street and Savage Road.
“The victim reported they had been sexually assaulted by their massage therapist during a visit at a clinic,” York Regional Police said in a news release.

It is believed the accused works at massage clinics in Newmarket and Richmond Hill and police are urging any other potential victims to come forward.
