A single-vehicle collision involving a large gravel truck caused some damage on eastbound Davis Drive this morning after it hit the bus lane median.
York Regional Police said the call came in at 5:37 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7.
The road was closed eastbound between Yonge Street and Barbara Road as emergency crews removed the truck and cleaned up the scene.
The truck damaged the traffic light pole and continued another 12 meters before coming to a stop.
Police said no injuries were reported.
