York Regional Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 24-year-old man from Georgina.
Police received a report April 19 about the missing Dylin Russell, who has not been seen or heard from since March 15, police said in a news release.
He has been known to occasionally go away for short periods of time and travel in the Greater Toronto Area, but the duration of his absence and lack of contact with family or friends in this instance is unusual, police said.
"His family is concerned for his well-being and the police share their concerns," police said.
He is described as:
- Male, white
- 5 feet 9 inches, 130 lbs.
- Thin build
- Short brown hair
- Tattoo on back of right hand
Anyone who has seen or had contact with Dylin since March 15 is urged to contact investigators as soon as possible.
Anyone with information is asked to contact York Regional Police #3 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 7341, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-tips, or leave an anonymous tip online.
