Coping with the considerable disruption due to an inordinate amount of construction taking place in the Ward.

Concerns with increasing traffic volume, speeding and distracted driving on neighbourhood streets

Continue to be accessible and respond to residents issues and concerns, ensure that I am well-informed and do my research, and publish my monthly newsletter to keep residents informed of Ward 7 matters.
What is the most important issue for council/school board to address in the next term? (100-word limit):
Ensuring that growth is responsible and sustainable. While there have been positive changes with the growth in Town, we’ve also seen more congestion in traffic, housing, and loss of precious green space. As a member of Council, I will advocate for growth that is responsive to community needs while positioning us to attract new business and jobs, ensuring that our infrastructure, services and greenspaces are sustained through fiscally responsible decision-making.
Describe your dream project that would result in a better quality of life in Newmarket. (100-word limit):
I look forward to the transformation of the Mulock Estates into a welcoming greenspace and amenity for all, ultimately connecting the trail systems on the west side of Newmarket, encompassing the donated Glenway lands through to the Dave Kerwin trail and Peggy’s Woods.
