What's Next at Machell's Alley:
On Sept. 6, the Cecil Street Syncopators will bring their brand of traditional New Orleans jazz to the alley, led by Newmarket’s Sean McCarthy, performing from 6 to 8 p.m.
On Sept. 12, Erin Blackstock will be bringing her country flavour to Machell’s Alley with a performance from 6 to 8 p.m.
On Sept. 23, the James Brown Trio will be joined by Clark Johnston and Aurora-based drummer Steve Farrugia on from 5 to 7 p.m.
On Saturday Sept. 14, local duo Morris and Brown, comprising Aurora’s own singer-songwriter Aaron Morris and electric guitarist James Brown, will be playing from 5 to 7 p.m.
