You can experience fall family fun and community spirit amid beautiful autumn scenery at the ClearWater Farm Harvest Celebration this Saturday in Georgina.
Located on the shores of Lake Simcoe, the farm offers fall-loving visitors family mini-photo sessions, shopping at a seasonal farm stand and local makers, scarecrow making and art activities, outdoor yoga, good food and drinks (including a seasonal beer and cider garden), door prizes, and more at no cost from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1614 Metro Rd. North, Willow Beach.
You can bring your pets in costume for the dog costume contest with prizes awarded to the best dressed. Pets must be on leash and are not permitted in greenhouses or farm fields.
“This free event will be a wonderful way for the community to connect and celebrate the harvest season. There is something for everyone in the family with activities in and around our new timber-frame barn, but visitors are also encouraged to explore the whole farm property and see where their food grows,” said Sheri Bryant, events and education manager.
