The legendary rock band, Sloan, will perform on October 11 at Aurora Town Square as part of its Grand Opening celebrations. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 21 at 11 a.m.
Sloan, formed in 1991 and originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, is a major force in Canadian music. The band has released over 250 songs and 30 singles, earning them nine Juno Award nominations, including a win for Best Alternative Album in 1997.
Town Square’s Grand Opening, running from September 21 to October 13, will feature a range of entertainment, from live performances to interactive art installations and heritage exhibitions.
