Police are looking for a suspect following a sexual assault earlier this month in Vaughan.
On Saturday, Oct. 12, at about 1 p.m., a female was sitting on a park bench in the area of Via Romano Boulevard and Strong Avenue when a man sat next to her and touched her for a sexual purpose, York Regional Police said in a news release.
The suspect fled on foot south toward the park trail.
He is described as an older male, possibly Middle Eastern, with a thin build, short black hair and a partial beard. He was wearing a long grey shirt, dark pants, a dark hat, and sunglasses.
