Crime Stoppers of York Region has released a photograph of a wanted man as it seeks assistance from the community in locating him.
York Regional Police said Ronald Mortaya Cruz is wanted for failing to comply with a release order resulting from charges laid by YRP for participating in a criminal organization.
Also known as "Blue" and "Azul," he is described as having tattoos on his right hand, both forearms and the right side of his neck. He is considered armed and dangerous. If you know his whereabouts, do not approach him, police advise.
