Nobleton man arrested by Toronto Police in child luring investigation

Police alleged male suspect was communicating online with persons from Toronto believed to be under 16 for the purposes of committing sexual offences

A 41-year-old Nobleton man has been charged with multiple counts of child luring by the Toronto Police Service internet child exploitation unit.

Following the execution of a search warrant on July 11, Graeme Logue of Nobleton was arrested and charged with three counts of luring a child under 16 years, invitation to sexual touching, sexual assault (attempt), and sexual interference (attempt), according to a TPS news release.

Investigators with the force said a man was communicating online with persons from Toronto believed to be under 16 for the purposes of committing sexual offences. They said the man used various social media platforms under the usernames “41_gta_” and “jay40_to.”

Logue is scheduled to appear in provincial court at 2201 Finch Avenue W., room 203  on Aug. 21 at 11 a.m.
