Four suspects wielding hammers forced their way into a store and fled with cellphones in Vaughan Sunday afternoon.
The men demanded that employees open a safe after they entered the store at Weston and Rutherford roads Jan. 5 at approximately 1:40 p.m., York Regional Police said in a news release.
The suspects fled in a black sedan and blue hatchback, police added.
The suspects are described as male, Black and about 18, all wearing black balaclavas.
Suspect one was wearing a black and green hooded sweater, grey track pants and white shoes.
Suspect two was wearing a red jacket, a grey hooded sweater, grey pants, and white shoes.
Suspect three was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and white and black shoes.
Suspect four was wearing a black jacket, black pants, a grey toque, and white shoes.
