A Georgina man has been charged after allegedly committing indecent acts in October.
On Oct. 31 at about 1:30 p.m., a man was biking in a field in the area of Kalevi Road and Narva Avenue in Georgina. The victim first observed the suspect wearing clothing but, a short time later, saw him completely naked and touching himself, York Regional Police said in a news release. The victim yelled at the man, who then got dressed and took off on the bike.
The suspect has been linked to another indecent act that happened Oct. 7.
Dwayne Grimes, 49, has been charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.
Police believe there may be more victims and are urging them to come forward.
