What's open:
Malls and shopping centres, however some have reduced hours, including Upper Canada Mall (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Vaughan Mills (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.), and Hillcrest Mall (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Tanger Outlets (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
These Town of Newmarket facilities: Mercedes Benz Water Feature at Riverwalk Commons, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Newmarket Outdoor Skatepark, dawn to dusk.
Pharmacies, including Shoppers Drug Mart at Yonge and Savage (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.), Yonge and Davis (9 a.m. to midnight), and 404 Town Centre (8 a.m. to midnight), and Rexall at Yonge and Clearmeadow (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Grocery stores, including John's No Frills at Yonge and Davis (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Walmart Super Centre on Yonge Street (7 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Metro on Yonge and Mulock (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and Metro on Davis Drive (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Staples, Best Buy, Marshalls, Winners, Homesense, and Dollarama are open, but most locations close by 6 p.m.
