The employee last worked May 1 at the Shoppers Drug Mart location at 16639 Yonge St., at Savage Road.
A Food Basics employee at the 17725 Yonge St. location, at Kingston Road, tested positive after last working April 27.
In Georgina, a Zehr's employee at the 24018 Woodbine Ave. location, at Biscayne Blvd., tested positive after last working May 1.
A Walmart employee who last worked May 1 at the 23550 Woodbine Ave. location has tested positive.
