Napoleon has completed the acquisition of the assets required to produce the Ecosmart lineup of products from Woodbridge's NV Ecovision Sales Inc.

"This strategic move brings together the combined knowledge and technological expertise of both companies in hydronic air handlers under the Napoleon brand," a news release stated.

Ecovision is well known for its high-quality and high-performance products under the Ecosmart brand, which has set industry standards for excellence. By integrating Ecovision’s Ecosmart offerings into Napoleon’s portfolio, we continue to lead the marketplace in energy-efficient systems, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and sustainability.

The acquisition broadens Napoleon’s HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) portfolio, allowing it to offer a range of high and low-velocity hydronic air handlers, including ducting, dampers and controls. This technology complements Napoleon’s growing range of cold climate heat pumps and the EQHub smart control system.

The expansion enhances Napoleon’s leading position as a sustainable solution provider for builders, architects, and homeowners seeking efficient means of heating and cooling and meeting the demands of net-zero home standards, the company stated.

“We are excited to bring the combined strengths of Napoleon and Ecosmart offerings to the market,” said Mike Tzimas, president, Napoleon. “This acquisition allows us to offer a more comprehensive range of products, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Our focus remains on providing sustainable, high-quality solutions that lead the industry in efficiency and performance.”
