Job Skills hosting job fair in Newmarket on Friday

Job Skills is hosting an in-person job fair Friday, Sept. 29 at the Newmarket Welcome Centre, 16655 Yonge St.

The job fair will have several local businesses in attendance to provide those looking for work with an opportunity to meet employers.

Some of the employers who will be in attendance include the Town of Newmarket, York Regional Police, the Regional Municipalilty of York, Costco, BMO, York Child Development and Family Services Inc., telMAX, and NewRoads Automotive Group.

The job fair will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, those interested are asked to bring their resume.
