Frost advisory in effect for:
- Newmarket - Georgina - Northern York Region
- Pickering - Oshawa - Southern Durham Region
- Uxbridge - Beaverton - Northern Durham Region
- Vaughan - Richmond Hill - Markham
Temperatures will drop to minus 3 to minus 6 Celsius tonight resulting in frost and freeze conditions.
These conditions may damage or destroy tender fruit crops and other frost-sensitive plants. Outdoor plumbing and irrigation systems could also be damaged.
Frost is possible again Wednesday night.
Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
