The annual spring cleanup event returns to the Town of Aurora Saturday, April 26 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Residents are invited to roll up their sleeves and help clean up the community from the debris that has accumulated in parks, streets, and trails over the winter.
Whether you’re an individual, family, or organization, the Town is calling on everyone to contribute to this important effort.
To participate, register by Friday, April 25 at aurora.ca/Cleanup. Cleanup kits, including gloves and bags, will be available for pick-up at Aurora Town Park on the day of the event, while supplies last. Volunteers will have the option to choose their cleanup locations or select from a list of designated areas provided online.
Students can also earn volunteer hours for their time spent helping improve the community.
