A 20-year-old woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision in Vaughan Tuesday night.
Two vehicles with multiple occupants collided at Islington Avenue and Sonoma Boulevard Dec. 3 at 10:13 p.m., York Regional Police said in a news release.
A woman in one of the vehicles sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a trauma centre. Her condition has since been determined to be serious but non-life-threatening, police said.
Four other occupants sustained minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
Investigators are asking any witnesses who have not yet spoken with police, and anyone who may have dashcam footage of the area at the time of the collision, to please come forward.
