A Richmond Hill man faces charges following two incidents of voyeurism at a shopping centre in Richmond Hill.

Police say while on foot patrol in the area of Yonge Street and 16th Avenue they received information that a suspect in previous voyeurism incidents was in the shopping centre.

On June 15 and Sept. 7, 2024, a male suspect had used a hidden camera to make visual recordings of women, York Regional Police said.

Adam Russo, 40, of Richmond Hill is charged with two counts of voyeurism.

Investigators said they are releasing an image of the suspect because they believe there may more victims and are encouraging them to come forward.

None of the allegations have been tested in court and Russo is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
