Passed away suddenly with family by her side on Sunday January 20, 2025 at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in Collingwood at 87 years of age. Loving wife of the late Rocco Vigliotta (formerly of "Rocco's Barber Shop" in Newmarket), married for 38 wonderfully years. Concetta supported her husband with the Barber Shop for 52 years (1959-2011).
Born in Lamenzia Terme, Catanzaro, Italy on December 20, 1937. Proud of her heritage and traditional values. Always taking care of her family, preparing meals or sharing her wisdom. She lived animals, especially Dogs. She was always supporting local shelters.
Beloved and devoted Mamma of Carmena and Franco Vigliotta. She had a special bond with her only granddaughter Bianca, they were each others cheerleaders.
Survived by her sister Iolanda (the late Tony Vigliotta) and predeceased by her siblings Domenico, Luigi, Giovanna, Antonio and Vincenzo.
The family would like to thank the caring staff at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital for their excellent care and support they provided to Concetta during her stay.
