Passed away peacefully at Bradford Valley Care Community on Friday, December 27, 2024, in her 79th year. Loving wife of Marinus VanderVlist. Beloved mother of Jacqueline Dryfhout (Ray) and John VanderVlist (Natalie). Proud Oma of Ryan, Jennifer (Alex), Chris (Kellie), Lukas, and Annelies. Great-grandmother of Owen, Bryce, and Caden. Sister of Annie (the late Joop), Aagje (Bas), Adrie (Cees), Cora (Jieles). Sister-in-law of the late Jan (Teuna), Heiltje (Jan), and Anton. Daughter of the late Pieter and Jacoba Johanna de Jong.
The family would like to thank the staff at Bradford Valley for the loving care they provided.
A private family interment will be held at the Queensville Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 31 at 11:30 a.m., at the Bethel Community Church (333 Davis Drive, Newmarket), followed by a reception.
