John died unexpectedly on December 22, 2023 at the Humber River Hospital (Toronto) at the age of 69 years. He fought the good fight and did not go easily.
He leaves behind his wonderful daughter Lisa Spring, precious granddaughter Antonyia (Farhan), and remarkable son Christopher (Janice). He also leaves behind his twin sister Henriette, brothers Tony (Brenda) and Henry, and nephews Richard and Daniel. Predeceased by partner Donna Marie Cann, mother Antonia, father Theodorus, and sisters Christine and Nellie (Jim).
John has been cremated. His ashes will be interred at the St. John Cemetery, 250 Old Main Street, Newmarket on Saturday October 5, 2024 at 11AM. Also, remembering all of the family who have deceased and those living in Canada, United States, the Netherlands and overseas.
