Born in Toronto on January 2nd 1928, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday January 17th 2025 at 97 years of age.
Much loved and dearly missed by her only daughter Christina Mallet and her son-in-law Mark. Proud Grandma of Tanner and Ryan.
Reunited with her husband Gordon who passed away in 1997.
Predeceased by her brothers Marvin and Jack Havery, Survived by her sister-in-law Evelyn Stewart, Nieces Nola McIntyre (Steve) and Eleanor Clark (Bruce) and nephews Marvin Havery (Cathy), Duncan Hynd, Stephen and Bill Stewart.
Retired member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary Branch #66 in North York.
We will remember her for her feisty spirit, love for animals, her sense of humour and fun-loving nature. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Hilda's name can be made to the OSPCA or a charity of your choice.
Rest in peace mom- until we meet again.
