With heavy hearts we say goodbye to our beloved husband, father, and grandfather who passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2024, in his 88th year, surrounded by his family.
Devoted husband of Shirl, his wife of 69 years. Beloved father of Vick (Cal), Kerry (Gerry), Lee (Henry), Ange, Scott (Crystal), and Chris (Lisa). Proud grandfather of Mike, Meg (Jeremy), Steph (Joe), Jake, Tyler (Alex), Kolten (Fran), Jed, Mitch, and Vaughan (Alex). Great-grandfather of Joey, Ella, Carter, Remy, Valen, and Lennyn.
Liv will be remembered for his dedication, commitment, and loyalty to his wife and family, always showing that family came first. He will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him. Liv is our hero; a life well lived in love.
Liv’s passion outside of his family was marathon running. He completed 24 marathons including New York and Boston. His favourite motto was “Run to Inspire”.
As per Liv’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held.
