Mark Alan Schroll passed away suddenly at his home in Whitchurch-Stouffville on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at the age of 62. His family is deeply saddened by his unexpected departure. Mark was the cherished husband of 39 years to Lynn Schroll (Latendresse) and beloved father of his daughters Colette and Erin.
Mark is survived by his brother Richard Schroll and his wife Karen Corey, Aunt Nelly (Nigu) and Uncle Jim Rowland, and cousin Katie Porretta (Rowland); brothers-in-law Dale Latendresse and Brian Nakamura, sisters-in-law Andrea Latendresse and Lisa Nakamura, and nephews Ben and Coby Nakamura. Predeceased by his father Friedrich Schroll and his mother Helda Schroll (Nigu).
Mark was a hardworking and devoted family man that loved to create laughter around him. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, 524 Davis Drive, Newmarket, Ontario, on Saturday, May 13th at 2pm, followed by a reception to celebrate Mark’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
