SANTRY, Barbara Muriel Theresa, 89, passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Hospital in Newmarket on December 23, 2024. Born on January 16, 1935 in Montreal, QC.
Barbara is survived by her Husband of 70 years, Gerald (Jerry) and her beloved Daughter Kim. She was preceded in death by Sisters Ethel and June, Brothers Roy and George, and loving Auntie Bobbie to Marion, David, Cindy, and John.
Barbara will be remembered for her contagious laugh which filled a room with such happiness, her generosity, caring and warm nature. She dedicated her life to her family, always there with a listening ear and warm embrace. Barbara loved to socialize and spend time with friends and family. She will be dearly missed.
The family requests that donations be made to Southlake Regional Hospital or the Heart ad Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
There will be a private family Celebration of Life held at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, ON.
