Passed away at home with family by his side on Monday April 29, 2024, at age of 70. Loving husband of 47 years to Deborah. Proud father of Kevin. Cherished brother of John and Barbara (Sam) Isgro and brother-in-law of Michael, Allan, and Tammy (Bill). Son of the late Calvin and Ieleen Nelson.
Murray was self employed and worked in construction for 45 years. He successfully operated a cattle hobby farm for 40 years.
Family and friends are welcome to the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket for visitation on Thursday May 2, 2024, from 7-9 p.m. as well as on Friday May 3, 2024, from 10 a.m.-12 noon. A funeral service will follow in the chapel on Friday at 12 noon.
Murray will be laid to rest in Manitoulin Island at a later date.
