McWILLIAM, Kay Geraldine (Beanland)

November 19, 1946 – December 20, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kay Geraldine McWilliam on December 20, 2024, at the age of 78. Born on November 19, 1946, Kay was a cherished mother, Nana, sister, and friend. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love.

Kay's life was marked by her dedication to her family and friends. She was a beacon of strength and compassion, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her warmth and sense of humour brought joy to everyone who knew her.

Kay is survived by her loving children, Julianne (Craig), Charles (Katie), and Colleen (Jerome), who were the center of her world. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Ethan, Autumn, Marcus, and Mya, who brought immense joy to her life. Sister to Rex (Susan) and her late brother Stafford (Valery), Kay's extended family will also deeply miss her presence in their lives. Her legacy of love and service will live on through them all.

A celebration of Kay's life will be held on January 19, 2024, from 2-4 PM at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, where friends and family will gather to share memories and honour her remarkable life.

Kay’s memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us in the years to come
