It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of the most beautiful soul, Carol Marie MacMillan. Carol peacefully passed on Saturday July 13, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. in her 86th year with her daughter Lori holding her hand.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of almost 70 years, Aubrey J. MacMillan and also by her 3 children, Kim MacMillan, Mike MacMillan and Lori Potts (Martin). Carol was the proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren Jennifer, Justin, Matthew, Christopher, Ashlie, Brianna, Brandon and also 5 great grandchildren Hailey, Hayden, Keegan, Tyler and Jaxon.
The family would like to thank the very kind and caring staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre, the amazing people of Sunrise of Aurora and the outstanding Margaret Bahen Hospice. All of the gentle kindness will never be forgotten. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Margaret Bahen Hospice.
