It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Macgregor on October 11, 2024, at the age of 84 surrounded by family at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket.
Bruce leaves behind the love of his life and beloved wife of sixty years, Lorraine (Quevillon) Macgregor.
Pre-deceased by his beloved son Nevin and dearly missed by his daughters Chris and Tracy. Bruce also leaves behind his legacy of grandchildren: Kaity and Goran Dulava and Bruce’s great-grandson Leo, Joel, Emily, Hannah, Tim, Mary-Clare, Parker, Sam (The McIntyres) and Sydney Walter.
Bruce’s career as a Barber and Hairstylist spans more than fifty years and he owned businesses throughout his career in Newmarket, Gravenhurst and London. Along with a great hairstyle, Bruce would always deliver an entertaining story or joke that turned customers into friends.
The family will hold a private interment to lay Bruce to rest at St. John Cemetery Newmarket.
