Passed away peacefully at St.Michael's Hospital in Toronto, on Friday April 26, 2024 in her 75th year surrounded by her loving family.
Loving wife of Joe for 56 years. Beloved mother to Joe (Kara) and Tania (Steve). Beloved grandmother to Brooklyn, Jorden, Cole, Cassidy, and Avery, Great-grandmother to Dean. Marlene is survived by sisters Ann, Theresa, Johena, Mary-Francis, Kitty, Cecilia, and Brother Blair, predeceased by sisters Jean, Sally, Linda, Noel, Angela and brothers Jimmy, Johny, and Alec. Marlene was loved by in-laws and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Marlene's greatest joy was when her Grand/Great-grandchildren were around.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the entire Neurosurgical ICU team from St. Michael's Hospital. A celebration of life Ceremony will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the St. Michael's foundation in memory of Marlene Kennedy.
