Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, in Barrie, on October 13, 2024, at 91 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Hubbard and predeceased by loving companion Hazel. Cherished father of the late Peter, Sarah (Rick), and John. Proud grandfather of Leesa, Julia, Jason, Chantal, Phillip, and Nicholas. Great-grandfather of Jaydon, Max, Jack, and Ava. Brother of the late Frank and Keith (Joan). Uncle of Wayde, Matthew, and Jayne. Son of the late Frank and Ellen.
Brian had a long and successful career with Xerox. It was not unusual to see him sporting something with Xerox branding on it. He formed many life-long friendships throughout his time with Xerox, even after retirement he would still meet regularly with the friends he made there. His pride and loyalty to the company was based in his dedication to his family, working hard to provide the best life possible for his children.
His success allowed him to travel the world, enjoying many trips and vacations, especially in his retirement. He dabbled in photography, enjoyed listening to music, a good book, and of course, tuning in to watch Jeopardy.
The family would like to thank the staff, nurses, and doctors at the Royal Victoria Hospital for their outstanding care.

A Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Sunday, November 17 from 1:00-3:00 p.m., speeches will be shared at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, or to the ALS Society of Canada.
