James passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Shirley. Loving father of Karen (Raymond), Jimmy and Jeff (Alison). Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Michael (Chimwemwe), Ashley (Chris) and Chris (Sheila). Cherished great grandfather of Ava, Nichola, Zachary, Savannah, James and Mason. He is also survived by Kay, his former wife and mother of his children.
He enjoyed downhill skiing and watching the Toronto Maple Leafs. One of his greatest pleasures in life was cruising in his boat.
The family wishes to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Southlake Hospital for their compassionate care and support and to the dedicated and caring staff at the Roxborough Retirement Residence and Spectrum Health Care.
Cremation has taken place.
