Passed away peacefully at home at the Elden of Bradford with family by her side on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 at 96 years of age. Dear wife of the late Howard Haines (d. 2008). Beloved mother of Iva Taylor (Rob) and Bill Haines (Mary). Loving grandmother of the late Tammy (d. 2000), Darrell (Tammy), Kim (Dana), Heather (Mark), and Gregg. Great-grandmother of Christian (Ally), and great-great grandmother of Grayson.
The family would like to thank all the caring staff at the Elden and the palliative care team who cared for Edith in her final days.
As per Edith’s wishes, a private interment will take place at Newmarket Cemetery.
