January 15, 1973 - February 5, 2025
Passed away suddenly at home with his partner Wendy by his side; who loved him very much. He is survived by his two sons Anthony (Isabella) and Matt (Caitlin) as well as Wendy's son Brett (Denzie) and grandson Jaxon, who he loved so much.
Jeff was the son of Charlotte and the late Bob Clarke (d. 2022). His sisters Barbara and the late Bonnie, brothers Brian and Bruce as well as brother in law Karl. Jeff was the proud uncle of nieces Sarah (Steve), Lindsay (Tyler), Brittany and Samantha and nephews Dylan and Karson and seven great nieces and nephews.
He will be very sadly missed by everyone.
In honour of Jeff's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
